It is with a heavy heart that Jenny announces the passing of her dear husband, Johnny Joseph Cork. He passed away in Redcliff on Thursday, March 6, 2025, at the age of 55 years. Along with Jenny, left to cherish Johnny’s memory are his parents, Judy Cork and John Paine; daughters, Jilly and Jewely; siblings, Jessica Schultz and Shawn Paine as well as his grandmother, Elva Bertrand. He was predeceased by his grandpa, Adrien and his aunt, Shelley. Johnny, a devoted Harley-Davidson enthusiast, lived life with a spirit of adventure, whether riding his motorcycle, camping under the stars, or enjoying time on the water. Beyond his love for the outdoors, Johnny took great pride in his skills in the kitchen, known for being an excellent baker and cook. He found joy in sharing homemade meals with family and friends, always ensuring that no one left his table hungry. His love for the open road, good food, and great company will forever be remembered. A Celebration of Johnny’s life will be held at Cook Southland Funeral Chapel, 901 - 13 Street S.W., Medicine Hat on Thursday, March 13, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Murray Jaster officiating. Interment will follow at Redcliff Cemetery.
