It is with great sadness that family announce the passing of Keith Michael Edward Bueckert at the Medicine Hat Regional Hospital on Thursday, April 13, 2017, at the age of 41 years. Left to cherish Keith’s memory are his parents, Barry and Norma Bueckert; children, Kaiden Darley, Jace and Rayne Bueckert and their mother, Lauren Bueckert; his wife, Shantanna and his sister, Katherine Brown. He was predeceased by his son, Manning. Keith spent many years working as a driller on the oil rigs and loved to spend his free time with his children and family. He also worked for a concrete company for a year and took on odd jobs to keep busy. Keith could fix almost anything and was a hard worker believing if the job was worth doing, it was worth doing right. We will all miss him very much as he is in a better place with no more pain and with his Saviour, Jesus. The funeral service will be celebrated at the River Valley Community Church, 1101 Queen Street S.E., Medicine Hat on Friday, April 28, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Ken Roset officiating. Interment will take place at the Redcliff Cemetery. If friends so desire, memorial tributes may be made to a charity of one’s choice.

We are all very saddened to hear the passing of Keith. He worked for my family for many years and it's how we met and became good friends. He's was a great worker and loved working on the rigs. He was a great friend and a great father. He always said "I want to give my little people everything I didn't have". He will be sadly missed by all of us. Our deepest sympathy from the Hemsing family.
