It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Minnie Woolley, beloved wife of the late Mr. Harold Woolley, who passed away at the Medicine Hat Regional Hospital on Wednesday, April 21, 2004 at the age of 81 years. She leaves to cherish her memory one daughter, Charlotte Woolley; two grandchildren, Julia and Alexander Berry; one sister, Mable Schwabe as well as her special friends, Buck and Joy Hepfner. Minnie was raised south of Irvine. Some of her many interests included researching local history, quilting and photography. The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to Dr. Thorogood as well as the nurses and staff at the Valleyview and the Medicine Hat Hospital's 5 West. The Funeral Service will be held at Cook Southland Funeral Chapel, 901 - 13 Street S.W., Medicine Hat on Saturday, April 24, 2004, at 11:00 A.M. with Reverend Leroy Angle officiating. Interment to follow at Hillside Cemetery. If friends so desire, memorial tributes may be made to the Continuing Care Program at the Medicine Hat Regional Hospital, 666 - 5 Street S.W., Medicine Hat, Alberta, T1A 4H6.
