Lubbert Paul Winters passed away in Red Deer on August 29, 2022, at the age of 60 years. Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Vickie Winters; daughters, Shalynn Winters and Tristen Winters; sister, Wendy (Mark) Renz and their daughter, Sierra (Joel) as well as his grandchildren, Emily, Kessa, Leo and Owen Sadler. He was predeceased by his daughter, Shasteen. He was born in Medicine Hat on August 29, 1962, the youngest child of Egbert "Epp" Winters and Pauline Winters. Paul will be missed by all those who knew and loved him. A memorial will be held at a later date with further announcements published at that time.
