Obituary - Shantel Hilmoe

Miss Shantel Hilmoe of Medicine Hat passed away in Edmonton on Monday, January 9, 2017, at the age of 24 years. Along with her mother, Lana Hilmoe (nee Jaster), left to cherish Shantel’s memory is her father, Brent (George) Hilmoe;  brother, Lance Hilmoe; half sister, Trinity Paul and her maternal grandparents, Larry and Linda Jaster. Shantel was predeceased by her paternal grandparents, Oscar and Lillyan Hilmoe. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at Cook Southland Funeral Chapel, 901 - 13 Street S.W., Medicine Hat on Friday, January 20, 2017, between 10:00 a.m. and 10:55 a.m. A Celebration of Shantel’s life will follow at 11:00 a.m. with Major Murray Jaster officiating. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery with a time of fellowship thereafter in the Cook Southland Reception Facility.
