Obituary - Dorothy Myles

Mrs. Dorothy R. 'Doris' Myles, beloved wife of the late Mr. John J. 'Jim' Myles, passed away peacefully at the Taber Health Centre with family by her side on Friday, April 27, 2012, at the age of 91 years.  Dorothy will be lovingly remembered by her sister, Betty J. Taylor;  sister-in-law, Audrey Holmes; daughters, Carol (Lawrie) Lavender and Judy (Russ) Dodd as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many friends.  Dorothy was predeceased by her brothers, Robert Holmes and Arthur Holmes as well as her son, John. Family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, and EMT’s who helped to look after Dorothy in her time of need. Family and friends who wish to pay their respects may do so at Cook Southland Funeral Chapel, 901 - 13 Street S.W., Medicine Hat on Saturday, May 5, 2012, from 10:30 A.M. to 10:55 A.M.  Immediately following the visitation, everyone will be invited to join in procession to attend the Graveside Service at Hillside Cemetery with Mr. Harvey Maurer Officiating.
