Obituary - Ella McDougall

Mrs. Ella McDougall of Medicine Hat, beloved wife of the late Mr. Laverne McDougall, passed away on Wednesday, March 17, 2004, at the age of 102 years, exactly 101 years from the day she arrived in Medicine Hat as a child. Ella leaves to cherish her memory one daughter, Eleanor McDougall of Medicine Hat; one son, Jim (Rhonda) McDougall of Sooke, B.C.; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; one sister, Florence Long of Comox, B.C., as well as two nieces and two nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Laverne in 1937; her mother and father, Jim and Ethel McCombs; her loving step-mother, Ida McCombs; one brother-in-law, Roy Long as well as her former daughter-in-law, Betty Craig. A Private Funeral Service will take place at a later date.
