Obituary - Shirley Pearce (nee Bennetto)

Mrs. Shirley Ann Pearce, beloved wife of Mr. Donald Pearce and mother of Calvin Pearce, passed away peacefully at the Riverview Care Centre on Thursday, December 7, 2006, at the age of 71 years. Along with her loving husband and son, Shirley leaves to cherish her memory three brothers, Norman (Gloria), Larry and Allan; sister-in-law, Kay Krassman; brothers-in-law, Brian (Nola) Pearce and Robert Pearce, as well as numerous other family including aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her parents, Israel and Helena Bennetto; one brother, Jim, and three sisters-in-law, Helen, Eileen and Mary. Shirley's memory will live on in the hearts of her family and many friends. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at Cook Southland Funeral Chapel, 901 - 13 Street S.W., Medicine Hat on Wednesday, December 13, 2006, between 7:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M. The Funeral Service will be held at Cook Southland Funeral Chapel on Thursday, December 14, 2006, at 2:00 P.M. with Reverend Ronda Ploughman officiating. Interment will follow in the Anglican Section at Hillside Cemetery.
