My heart is so very sad for The Deringer Family - you have lost a Son, a Brother and an Uncle that each and every one of you cherished. Garry persevered many hard times but he had a family that protected, guided and care for him though out his long journey though life and now he at peace. Take comfort knowing you all sacrificed in the name of love and there is no great gift than the gift of love and prayer. Marlene Olson

Met and knew Gary when going to St. Michael's in Bow Island. Although he was a little older and a lot taller, Gary would always say "HI" or at least acknowledged a new jr. high kid like me with a smile and a wave. Memories from a long time ago. Robert Schlachter

I have known Garry since the Bow Island days and was sad to hear of his passing. Words do not often ease the hurt of losing a loved one but having the support of a loving family and friends who have a shoulder to cry on, a hand to hold or an ear to listen can help lessen the pain. My sincere condolences to all the Deringer family.
