Ethan Oster passed away in Medicine Hat on Sunday, June 15, 2025, at the age of 21 years. Ethan’s memory will forever live on in the hearts of his family: mother, Elizabeth Olive; brother, Carter Oster; sisters, Josephine and Nya Sir-Olive; grandma, Maureen Oster, uncle, Stacey (Jenn) Oster; aunts, Jennifer Oster and Melanie (Steve) Rattai as well as numerous other extended family and many friends. He was predeceased by his father, Jason Oster as well as his grandfathers, Gordon Oster and Ronald Olive. Ethan’s will be forever remembered and loved by all those whose lives he touched.

Cook Southland Funeral Chapel, 901 - 13 Street SW, Medicine Hat, Alberta on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend Heather Carlson officiating. A time of fellowship will follow immediately thereafter in the Cook Southland Reception Facility. The service was live-streamed and is available below.

Our entire family sends their condolences to Ethan's friends and family. He was a great kid, and great friend to my son. We loved having him in our home and he became one of the family.
