Words are inadequate to express the depth of our sorrow, when we loses someone the hurt we feel is unreal. We will miss Tarra. Thinking of you. Revelation 21:3,4.

Tarra was a beautiful, vibrant woman, friend and part of our family in the pipe band. She has been greatly missed and will evermore be missed on every engagement. It was such a blessing to be able to play for her in her final days. My heart goes out to all who shared her love and amazing spirit. Rest now my friend.

It was of great sadness to hear of Tarra's passing. I had the honour and privilege to know, practice and perform with her in the South Alberta Pipes and Drums. She was a kind and patient person and a tremendous asset to the band and its members. She will be greatly missed.

I worked with Tarra 20 years ago when I first moved to the Hat. She was the kindest, most helpful person to me while I learned everything, I've never forgotten her. It was intimidating starting there but she was so welcoming and kind, in her quiet and graceful way. And funny! I'm so sorry to you all for your loss.
