Violet Rose Seifert, beloved wife of Ted, passed away peacefully on June 4th, surrounded by her family. Violet is survived by her husband, Ted, of 59 years, and their three children: Rhonda (Jeet), Cory (Shelagh) and Kevin; grandchildren, Alicia (Quinton), Deryck (Malorie), Jory (Coralee), Ty (Raylah), Koby (Britanny); great-grandchildren, Austin, Brady, Cooper, Preslee, Dash, Maverick, Hartley, Stetson; her brothers, Larry (Gladys), Gerald (Gloria), Neil (Darlene) and Kelly (Stephanie) as well as her sister-in-law, Gladys (Eddie) and brother-in-law, Jerry (Karen). Violet was predeceased by her parents, Walter and Rachel Leismeister; her sister and brother-in-law Lorrainne and Pat, and her great-granddaughter, Quinn. Violet had a passion for working with the elderly and was a healthcare aid for many years. Her faith was her foundation in which brought her much comfort. She took pride in looking “Just so” and her greatest joy was spending time with her family. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Parish, 1451 Strachan Road SE, Medicine Hat on Saturday, June 8, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. with Father Vincent Tuan Ha celebrant.
