I cannot tell you how sad I was to hear about uncle Ken's passing. He means the world to our family, and we will miss him so much. We will never forget the support and love he gave to our family - from helping Sarah with work events in Medicine Hat, to going golfing with my dad, to staying an extra day with our family during some of our darkest days. Auntie Shirley, Nicole, Tim, Mackenzie, Ev, Chad and Family, and Darren and Family, I am so incredibly sorry for your loss. We will remember Uncle Ken and cherish our memories with him forever.

Shirley, Mike, Bob, Chad and families,
My deepest condolences go out to you on the passing of Ken. I have a little history with the Bachmeier family. My school days started with Bob , then working with Mike for 25 plus years, and later playing in a pool league with Chad - all starting before I met Ken. After deciding to sign up for softball, I met Ken. What a great fellow! I was surprised to find out he was Mike and Bob’s brother. I played in many tournaments with Ken being a teammate even though I was younger . Ken was good ball player and got picked up on the younger age brackets. We had many social events with Ken and Shirley . Fun people to be around.
We will sure miss his presence at the ball park. Sadly, I couldn’t attend the service in person but watched the online presentation. What a great selection of photos portraying Ken’s life!
With sincere sympathy,
Randy and Sherry Biko

In curling as well as in slow pitch, Ken was a tough competitor. Once the game was over it was nothing but laughs and companionship.
Ken's dedication to the Senior Men's Slow Pitch League was always appreciated and will not be forgotten. His hard work and sage advice helped make our league the success that it is today.
Ken will be missed by his curling and slow pitch families. We grieve with you Shirley and share your sorrow.

It has just come to my attention the passing of Ken, what a shock. My heartfelt sorrow and prayers are with you Shirley and your family. I feel terrible having missed the funeral Mass. Ken and I chummed in our teenage years and as life moved on, our lives drifted apart. It was so special reconnecting this past summer when attending Mass at St Patrick's Church. R.I.P. Ken; you are with Michelle in God's Hands.
