Mrs. Evelyn May Park, beloved wife of the late Jack F. Park, passed away on Monday, February 27, 2017, at the age of 80 years.  She was born to proud parents, Joseph George and Emeline Margaret Phillips in Almonte, Ontario. She will be fondly remembered by her brother, Charlie Phillips;  nephew, Gordon (Marlene) Bone and their children; Jennesah Bone, Jennifer Resse and her daughter, Holly; Joshua and Ashley Bone; nieces, Wendy (Alen) Lutes and her children, Stacey Lutes-Wong and Travis Lutes, and his children, Hunter and Cheyenne; Karen (Ronald) Ring, and their children, Tyler and Haylie Ring.  Evelyn was predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Margaret Phillips; a brother in infancy, David Phillips, sisters, June Bone and Debra Phillips. Interment will take place at the Rosemary Cemetery, Rosemary, Alberta prior to the service on Friday, March 3, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. The Funeral Service will take place later in the day at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1865 Division Avenue NE, Medicine Hat, Alberta, at 2:00 p.m. with Bishop Dale Anderson conducting. If friends so desire, memorial tributes in Evelyn’s name may be made to a charity of one’s own choice.

    We have been friends of Evelyn since 1963 when we were in Germany. We have been hoping to get up to see her but we are a little older than her and don't travel much anymore. We know we will see her again in the good place she has gone. Condolences to the family and friends.
