Mr. Johnn Marshall Sadowy passed away peacefully at the Alfred Egan Home in Bow Island on Tuesday, June 12, 2007, at the age of 81 years. Johnn was a very spiritual man. He was Greek Orthodox but attended the Roman Catholic Church for most of his life. Johnn was a proud man who was very particular with his appearance. He made sure that he was always clean shaven and dressed in a suit. Johnn enjoyed birds. He liked to watch them, and enjoyed looking at pictures of the many different kinds of birds. Johnn's memory will forever be cherished in the hearts of his relatives, friends, and all those at the Alfred Egan Home and Michener Centre. The Prayer Service will be held at St. Michael's Catholic Church, 1 Street East, Bow Island, on Wednesday, June 20, 2007, at 2:00 P.M. with Father Joe Kalathilparambil celebrant. Interment will follow in Edmonton, AB. at a later date. If friends so desire, memorial tributes in Johnn's name may be made to the Alfred Egan Home Special Purposes Fund, Box 3990, Bow Island, AB., T0K 0G0.
