Mrs. Martha Saklofsky, beloved wife of the late Mr. Paul Saklofsky of Medicine Hat, passed away at the Sunnyside Nursing Home on Tuesday, July 5, 2005 at the age of 92 years. Martha was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend and will be sadly missed by all those lives that she touched. She leaves to cherish her memory, two daughters, Dolores (Floyd) Ronan of Medicine Hat and Pamela Smith of Santiago, Chile; two grandsons, Colin (Colleen) Ronan and Kevin (Corrine) Ronan; a sister, Alice May; brothers, Alvin (Valerie) Wenz, John Wenz and Clarence Wenz as well as many nieces and nephews. Martha was predeceased by her husband Paul; parents Jacob & Magdalena Wenz and two sisters, Tillie (David) May and Elma (Henry) Geigle. Those wishing to attend the Graveside Service are welcome to meet at Cook Southland Funeral Chapel, 901 - 13th Street S.W. on Monday, July 11, 2005 at 10:15 a.m. to join the procession to Hillside Cemetery. The service will follow at 10:30 a.m. with Reverend Bob Findley officiating. If friends so desire, memorial tributes in Martha's name may be made directly to the charity of one's choice.
