Obituary - Lorna Dewispelaere

Lorna DeWispelaere of Medicine Hat, beloved partner of Walter Shelley and cherished daughter of Verona Boylan, passed away at the Medicine Hat Regional Hospital on Tuesday, September 8, 2009, at the age of 55 years. Along with Walter and Verona, Lorna’s memory will live on in the hearts of her daughter, June DeWispelaere and June’s children, Kyle and Brianne; three brothers, Gord, Doug and Mike; one sister, Eula as well as three nieces and two nephews. She was predeceased by her father, Eric Astleford and one sister, Shirley. Family and friends will honour Lorna's life through a celebration in Victoria at a later date. There will be no formal funeral proceedings in Medicine Hat. If friends so desire, memorial tributes in Lorna's name may be made directly to the Kidney Foundation of Canada, P.O.
