1914 - 2005

July 25, 2005, Phyllis A. Cook, a lifetime resident of Medicine Hat. Phyllis was predeceased by her husband, Thomas and her brother, Frank (Beryl) Goff. She is survived by her son, Jack (Doris) of Medicine Hat; daughter, Beverly (Jim) Reich and grandchildren, Leanne (Martin) Guenther, Brett (Cara) Powlesland and great-grandchildren, Emelie and Austin Guenther; nephew, Dr. David (Pat) Irving and family all of Edmonton and niece, Marlene and family of British Columbia; sister-in-law, Myrt (late Frank) Goff of Ottawa as well as numerous cousins and many special friends. Phyllis treasured her association with the Murray Chapter, Order Of Eastern Star and in earlier years the Ladies Circle of St. Barnabas Anglican Church. A Family Graveside Service for Phyllis will be held at Hillside Cemetery on Thursday, July 28, 2005, at 10:00 A.M. with Dr. David Carter officiating. The family and close friends that are attending the graveside should gather at Cook Southland Funeral Chapel, 901 - 13 Street S.W. at 9:50 A.M. for the procession to graveside.
