Please note the following conditions of sale.  By purchasing flowers at Cooksouthland.com, you agree to the following conditions.

1. Patrons purchasing flower arrangements are required to create a membership account on Cooksouthland.com.  This account can be used to view and track your orders.  All information obtained is kept private and confidential.  Please read our privacy policy for details.

2.  All terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

3.  NO REFUNDS ON FLOWER PURCHASES, SERVICE FEES OR TAXES.  All sales are final.  If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact "info@cooksouthland.com" or phone 403-527-6455 and we will work together to resolve any issues.

4.  Disclaimer:  Flower arrangements and value will vary depending on availability and time of year when flowers are of high demand.   These times would include Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, Christmas Season, etc.

5.  Delivery Policy: Flower arrangements purchased will automatically be delivered directly to Cook Southland Funeral Chapel (901 - 13 St. S.W. Medicine Hat, Alberta).  They will be placed in a prominent position, at the funeral director's discretion, in the Chapel for display during the service.  The flowers will be presented to the family following the service.

6.  After your purchase has been confirmed, a receipt will be emailed to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

HOW DOES THE FLOWER PURCHASE SYSTEM WORK?

1. When you decide on the appropriate arrangement, click ADD TO CART.  
2. Review your order, and click either REMOVE, Continue Shopping, or Adjust the Quantity and "Update Cart"
3. When satisfied with your order, click CHECKOUT

On the CHECKOUT Page:

1. Fill out the "Personal Touch" information.  This will provide Cook Southland with the appropriate personal information to attach with the arrangement for display to the family at the service.
2. Insert your email address.  This will allow us to email you your receipt, and will provide you with a user account that you may use to track your purchases and print additional receipts.
3. Provide your billing information.  This information is required to verify your credit card.
4. Choose your payment method.
   Credit Card:  Enter your Credit Card number (VISA, M/C, AMEX), expiration date, and CVV value
   Paypal:  If you are a Paypal user, you may choose to pay with your Paypal account.
5. Enter any special comments that you would like to provide with your order.  You may also leave this blank.

You may either CANCEL your transaction or REVIEW ORDER to proceed.

At the Review Order page, double check your information and click SUBMIT ORDER to complete the transaction.
 

CREDIT CARD

Credit cards are processed via our secure checkout page.  Credit Card numbers are entered on cooksouthland.com and transmitted securely to our secure payment processor.  Credit Card numbers are NEVER stored on our site or in any of our databases.  We do not have any access to your payment information.
