We wish to offer our condolences to you, the Ziebart Family. Dave grew up in Medicine Hat also, played ball with your father and knew Shirley Ann throughout the years. I met Shirley Ann (Shann) through golf and we went to Yoga together. Always enjoyed her company and have fond memories of the time spent together.

My condolences to Shann's family and many friends. She was like the big sister I never had back in the 40s. Our families spent lots of time together as we lived within a few blocks of each other.

To all of Shirley Anne's family....... My condolences on the loss of your Mom, cousin etc.
I grew up beside Barbara and Donna Lynch back in the good old days. They were cousins and Shirley Anne visited the Lynch family (Bill and Julia) from time to time. Donna, my older sister Joyce and your mom played together and being 5 years older than Barb and me, were always trying to "ditch us" !!!!
I remember Shirley Anne as a lovely, soft spoken person and when I met her years later she hadn't changed at all.
More recently, when I saw your Mom at Masterpiece, she told a wonderful story about Dr. Wilf Campbell. Shirley Anne had been swimming earlier in the day and by supper time wasn't feeling all that good, she said. Her mom phoned the doctor and hearing what the symptoms were came right over to see S A and immediately took her to hospital.
Her illness turned out to be polio and she told me that if he hadn't helped her so quickly she would have been very much more ill.
Sorry that I will be out of town on Wed.

With our sincere sympathy. We have fond memories of Shanne from the golf course, and Terry recalls Shanne selling him his first RRSP at CIBC in Crescent Heights.
