Obituary - John Dyck

Mr. John Henry Dyck passed away at the Medicine Hat Regional Hospital on Monday, August 27, 2007, at the age of 80 years. He was predeceased by his wife Doris in 2001. Loved ones surviving John include his good friend and companion, Eileen Kakuk; son, Cal (Bonnie) Dyck of Medicine Hat; daughter, Anita Berisha of Victoria, BC.; five grandchildren, Jacquie (Mike), Carla (Shaun), Dan, Sherri and David, as well as four great-grandchildren, Alexis, Lauren, Evan and Makenna. John lived in Medicine Hat for the greater part of his life, but also enjoyed living in Calgary for a number of years. A Memorial Service will be celebrated at Cook Southland Funeral Chapel, 901 - 13 Street S.W., Medicine Hat on Friday, August 31, 2007, at 2:30 P.M. with Gary W. Goran officiating. If friends so desire, memorial tributes may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 102 Crestwood Square One, 1865 Dunmore Rd. S.E., Medicine Hat, Alberta, T1A 1Z8.
